AIESEC is the world's largest youth-run organization, with over 60 years of experience in developing high-potential youth into globally minded responsible leaders. AIESEC offers young people the opportunity to participate in international internships, experience leadership and participate in a global learning environment.

AIESEC members are part of an exciting, driven global network, supported by thousands of partner organisations around the globe who look to AIESEC to support the development of youth and to access top talent through our global internship program.

Branding

This card was created for a marketing project, and not used for actual recruitment.

Interviews were conducted with 6 junior and senior AIESEC members. Based on keywords used and sentiments described by interviewees, it was determined that the strongest values linking long-term commitment to the organization were Happiness/Self-Fulfillment, Belonging/Acceptance, and Responsibility.
